ok... the product works. the issue is that it does not come with instructions. let me explain this product: 1. if you have a iphone 7 or newer, you obv have to use the adapter. 2. plug it in 3. record your audio 4. stop recording, THEN 5. UNPLUG IT IN ORDER TO LISTEN TO YOUR AUDIO! i thought it wasnt working but it turns out i just had to unplug it from my phone, if your video glitches, just switch app tabs and go back to the app. the vid should start playing again. i already requested a replacement when it wasnt faulty , but make sure u follow these steps in order to determine if it is broken or not. 4 stars bc it actually works pretty nicelyp
