Great Customer Service
Put batteries in the otoscope and the switch wouldn't turn off. It continuously stayed on. I asked for a replacement because I need this for my nurse practitioner immersion weekend on December 13 and it won't be here until December 21?
Updated review: Company offered to overnight the ophthalmoscope which was above and beyond so I gave them 5 stars.
