I purchased this product for the women in my family. I figured it would be an entertaining venture for all of us to do together and compare results. I was concerned at first about the sizing of the "booties" as we have a wide range of foot sizes in our family. My daughter wears a size 11 narrow shoe, I wear an 8 medium, and my mother wears a 9 double wide. I can say that we had no issues with the booties not fitting. The package contains more adhesive strips than we needed to secure the booties in place and the strips stayed attached for the duration of the treatment. The second thing that concerned me was the advertised "peach scent." Nothing turns my stomach more than artificial peach fragrance. I was pleasantly surprised that the scent of this product was very mild and not offensive in any way. The instructions are very easily understood. We did the pre-soak in warm water, applied the booties and we all left the product on for the maximum time given in the instructions because our poor feet have seen better days. After removing the product, we washed our feet and proceeded to wait. We used this product on a Tuesday evening. The following Sunday - nothing. We were beginning to get discouraged. However, on Monday night, we had success. It was amazing to see huge, thick sheets of skin peeling off of the bottoms of our feet, in between our toes, and even on the top of our feet. It was unbelievable! Today is the third day of peeling - I cannot believe how much skin is coming off! I will say - do not forgo soaking your feet for at least 10 minutes every day. The days where I didn't have time to soak my feet I noticed that the peeling was slightly decreased - but after you soak it almost immediately enhances the peeling process. Resist the urge to "help it along." It would be very easy to peel the skin too deep and end up with sore places on your feet. If you let it slough off naturally, the skin underneath is soft, pink, and very smooth. You may want to wear socks to bed so you don't leave dead skin all over your sheets! I am very pleasantly surprised by how well this product works. I will definately be a repeat customer!
