This is a great diffuser. Mine stopped working because I never cleaned it...my fault! But, this may be helpful to others. When it stopped working, I finally cleaned it and noticed that oil had built up around a small circular thing inside. So I washed the inside with warm water and dish detergent to remove that build up. I did not submerge the device in water,only filled the inside with warm soapy water. After doing this, the device works again. I am going to try to remember to wipe it out each evening from now on.
