I purchased from BBB with the coupon, and don't understand what all the negative comments are about. It took a few minutes for the bubbles to kick in but haven't had an issue since. This product is not silent when you have the vibration on but I don't care, it's not super loud and it feels AMAZING (the bubbles actually add a nice therapeutic sound if you ask me). I'm a size M13 shoe and it's cozy without being uncomfortable, the water stays hot, the rollers don't do anything but they also don't bother me. It's obviously not a trip to the nail salon, but it's an at home foot bath for a good price, it works very well for what it's intended to do- massages your feet, keeps water hot, doesn't splash, doesn't hurt the ankles. Bonus points if you dissolve some of the tea tree epsom salt in a glass of hot water and add to your foot bath.
