After having bought ans used this sweeper... im lead to believe that all the negative reviews are from people who didnt read the instructions and adjust the sweeper to their grass. When properly adjusted(brushes .25 inches into grass) it works as intended. If you just put it together and go straight to using it.. it will not work properly. In short: adjust the brushes before using.
