Excellent customer service! The first screen I received had a problem with the top magnets connecting properly, I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement very quickly. The second screen magnets line up properly and I am very pleased. We had a single screen hanging from a tension rod that I purchased at a big box store, it was stiff, the tension rod would fall down if someone grabbed with too much "umph". This screen is softer, has heavy duty Velcro and hasn't budged! Love that it is easy to walk through and closes right behind you, hands free! We really like it -- it works as promised.
