I love it because it's effective, easy to clean, and gives you bonding time with your kitty. ETA: Two of my coworkers borrowed the Zoom Groom to see if their cats would like it. Two of the cats hated it (hissed) and one (the ragdoll) liked it. The two cats that didn't like it apparently don't like any kind of brush, and I think the one was still cranky from having burrs cut out of his fur after an "adventure" in the hedgerow. I would say that if your cat likes to get brushed, he or she will likely love this product. If not, then it may be a gamble.
