I got the black ones and love them. I lined my vocal booth with them and they amazingly reduce outside noise as well as create a great sound environment for the vocals. I followed the directions as given by soaking in water and then running them through the dryer. Came out perfectly. I'm sorry that so many folks that got these had a bad experience (wah, wah, wah), but if everyone followed the procedures provided, they would have all been happy customers.
