There arent very many other aquariums at this price point with these measurements. Here is what I like about this tank 1) Portrait orientation fits perfectly at the corner of my work desk 2) Seamless edges look nice. 3) Can put my co2 diffuser and heater at the back chamber. Here is what I dont like about this tank 1) The inlets for the filter is too big and will cause shrimp deaths. If you are into dwarf shrimp that is. Covering these inlets with any kind of net will slow down the inflow from main tank to the filteration unit. This will cause water to overflow on the top as the rear unit dumps water into the main unit. Top dwelling fishes like chilli Rasbora will find its way into the filteration unit and will die if not immediately rescued. 2) The included lights are fine, as a night light. Will not grow anything aside from Anubias and moss balls. 3) The curve radius on the sides is huge, the tank would have looked better with a lower curve radius, as it stands, looking at it from the side the edges have a distorted "freshnel Lens" effect. The curve radius also makes it hard to clean the glass on the edges. I have this unit deployed for a couple of months now. I dont use the filter, I covered up the filter vents with some netting. I do use the filter housing to house a heater and co2 diffuser. I threw away the included lights and used a 10W LED worklight I purchased here on Amazon. The cherry shrimp had fries twice and now my Celestial Pearl Danios are laying eggs. So I would say my tank is now fairly established. My current stock on this tank... 5 Celestial Pearl Danios 4 Chili Rasbora 2 Scarlet Badis Various shrimp in various sizes (Unable to count, they keep having babies)
