I am 71 years old and my high-frequency hearing is not what it once was. I bought one of these BYL 28 inch sound bars to see whether it would help me understand the muddled voices on my television. I followed the instructions to connect to my TV and then set the sound preset to "Dialog". I view my TV from a distance of about 3 meters and am surprised at the improvement in sound clarity and volume. I was actually able to turn off the closed captions! I was so surprised by the results for this price that I bought a second one for my other television. I have only used them for about a week, but I have had no trouble. I showed my soundbar to visiting family and a friend. Both of them also bought this unit and tell me they are pleased. I have also tried the sound bar via its Bluetooth connection to my iPad and computer. I liked the results for that purpose, too. Unless you need more audio power, I think you will like these.
