We purchased the humidifier on 12/10/17. I wanted to live with the product for a while before leaving a review. I've extremely pleased with the humidifier. It works well and is easy to maintain. I did a fair amount of research before settling in on this particular product and I'm pleased I did. We like it so much, I purchased a second unit since it can get quite dry around here in the winter. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a humidifier. Also, the customer service is excellent. They certainly seem to aim to please. 5 Stars! (BTW - I didn't receive any promotional discount or other consideration for this review. I don't often leave reviews, but I think this company and product deserve it.)
