The main reason I bought this set was because the small open handles are thin enough that my pet monkey can wield them effectively. In the world of monkey knife fighting, the monkey is only half the fight, the other half is all knife and I could have not asked for a better set to accomplish my goal of winning the WMKFC (or world monkey knife fighting championships). His cleave is now of such accuracy that his opponents tremble in terror and poo themselves (which is usually flung in a random direction).
