Ok so I purchased items to create a game area for my son. I found this chair and when it arrived I was very happy. It blew up nice with a normal air pump. Big enough for him and a friend to sit comfy and play video games or whatever. My son loved it. But then the plastic strip ripped and I gave the review three stars at first. And now this morning not even 24 hrs later. I received an email and its from the company themselves. They are sending another chair right away and I thought that was just totally awesome. No questions asked. My son is going to be happy again.. Yay.
