I have had this product for a little over a month. I used it literally every day until it started acting up. When it is operating correctly, carbonated drinks are quick and easy to make. For the last several weeks, however, I have been having a problem with the machine. The clear plastic ring (which functions as a seal to keep air from escaping) keeps popping out of the fizz infuser cap after use. It is difficult, cumbersome, and annoying to have to go through the process of securing the plastic seal back into the fizz infuser after every use of the carbonator. I have been unable to contact customer service for a resolution to this problem. The website contact form has been having "technical difficulties" for over a month, and the company has not responded to any of my messages to their direct e-mail address. They have not responded to repeated phone calls to their hotline. I like the machine when it works, but it is becoming a headache to use. ------------------------------------------ Updated Review: I contacted the company through Amazon and they contacted me immediately for a postage-free return of the fizz infuser. In fact, there was no issue with the fizz infuser -- it doesn't have a clear silicone ring as part of its build. The bottle cap does. The silicone ring had somehow fallen out of the inside of one of the Drinkmate bottle caps, and we had incorrectly assumed that it was part of the infuser. Things should be back to normal now. Very satisfied with the product and with the customer service.
