I have light tile and grout. 2200 square feet of it. After 7 years the high traffic areas were a mess. When I mopped the dirty water pooled in the grout lines, making them dark. Short of scrubbing on my hands and knees I did not know what to do with this dirty grout. I got an estimate from a professional for $1088 to clean my grout . I went on line and saw people having success with Resolve stain remover, So this morning I tried my new Oreck orbiter with the Resolve . Here are the results. I am very pleased. The master bath took 5 minutes. Going to do the other high traffic area after the kids leave the house. Back to the Oreck... no bending, very easy to use. I LOVE it. I used the orange brush with Resolve sprayed on grout and allowed to sit for 10 minutes, then sprayed Zep Neutral floor cleaner on tiles. Rinsed and dryer by walking around on old towels. Great results. Pictures of what I used, tile after and before. Very happy.
