So it might not be for everyone... But it was for me.
I honestly cannot get enough of this book, despite what others may say. While some may call this book preachy and entitled, I found it motivating and vulnerable. Rachel is quick to credit God for her gifts and life experiences. Additionally, she also calls out the duty we have to take control of our lives, developing our talents, and making decisions that will result in an impactful life. I bought a copy for each woman in my life who I thought could benefit from Rachel’s sage advice on making excuses, stretching ourselves too thin, and thinking we’re bad at something simply due to a comparison with our neighbor. I cannot get enough of her ideology & while it may not be for everyone, it is exactly the spark I needed to set my life straight. I will recommend again, and again, and again.
