This mattress is great. Here's my list of pro's and cons so far: Pros -Affordable: For the price I expected a lot less than what I got, the quality was honestly pleasantly surprising -Comfortable: This mattress is maybe about a medium firmness and it's just right, it's very comfortable -Soft pillowtop: The pillowtop is so soft on this mattress that I feel like I'm melting into it like butter -Forms quickly: The box says it takes 48 hours to form, but it was fully formed in about 2 hours for us and then after it fully formed I cleaned it, the photos I added with this review were from about 2.5 hours after opening the mattress While there aren't many cons and this is a great mattress for $106 here is my list: Cons -Delivery: Basically this boils down to UPS sucks, the UPS driver did not even bother looking for our place he just looped around and drove on and then said he couldn't deliver after we had waited a few days for delivery already; I had gotten really upset about it, Amazon issued me a refund, had me reorder it and completely made things right by me even though this was completely the fault of UPS, I was super impressed with how Amazon handled it and made it right -Not Clean: This came wrapped in a couple layers of plastic and compressed in a box yet when we followed the instructions and opened it the top of the mattress had a dirt spot on it, many people would be very upset by this, but I always fully clean any new mattress I buy with bleach and a couple other cleaners because mattresses can collect all sorts nasty stuff on them in warehouses, stores, etc. My Overall Opinion and Thoughts: This is a quality mattress at a very good price. It's superbly comfortable and the pillowtop is extremely soft. It may be dirty from being stored in a warehouse and you should clean it before use (you should clean any mattress you buy before use). I would definitely order again and I'm very happy with my purchase. I included some photos to show the texture, how good it had formed after only 2.5 hours even though the box says 48 hours, how nice this is for a $100 mattress, etc. This mattress puts my $300 mattress to shame. Amazon has absolutely amazing customer service and will make up for any issues their customers have. I was extremely impressed with their handling of the delivery situation that UPS caused. Amazon's superior customer service is why they I choose them over anyone else when it comes to online shopping. They are a great company that ALWAYS makes sure they do right by their customers.
