I've used this to crush a dozen or so cans and it works exactly as hoped: just place the can on the base, pull the lever, and you have a can ready to be recycled. Easy to install - I installed mine to the studs framing the door between my house and garage - just mark the holes in the crusher, drill 4 pilot holes, and screw in the 4 screws provided by the manufacturer. Makes no noise except the sound of the aluminum being crushed and crushes cans in 2 seconds. Recommended.
