This is literally the best shower head I have ever owned. After 30 years of looking - this is the one. Even better than 5 star hotel showers I have experienced. I was skeptical since there is only one setting, but that is all you need. NOTE: I did remove the restriction on the shower head, and added the Sumnacon G1/2" Full Brass Shower Head Flow Control and Shut OFF Valve for Shower Head (on amazon) to control the flow. The first time I used the shower head WITH restriction and it was just OK. Good shower - sturdy item. Removed the restriction - WITHOUT the flow control valve and it was like a fire hose and emptied my 30gal hot water tank in 5 minutes! Added the flow control valve and I am in heaven! PERFECT set up now - feels like pure luxury every day! The shower head feels very strong and sturdy. I feel positive that it will be long lasting. I have had this nearly a year now, and my opinion on it has remained. Do yourself a favor - stop messing around with the junk they sell at Lowes and Home Depot - buy this and the flow control valve and enjoy every shower for many years!
