I was so afraid to use this, but I couldn't afford to have the dentist do it . I was using denture adhesives a third of a tube at a time! I was lining my dentures with adhesive! I did the soft lining after watching videos online and I did a better job by far than the dentist did last time. My dentures hold without adhesives. I put a tiny drop on the top ones and just two drops on the lower. It's the first time they have fit at all since I got them. I've always hated people to see me without them but, they fit so poorly that I couldn't wear them. I'm very happy I lined them. It was easy and life changing for me.
