It works good. A definite upgrade over our old toaster oven. Only thing I found slightly annoying is the timer. You twist the timer to turn the product on. Therefore, if you are unsure of the total time needed and put too much time, twisting the timer to take away time is almost impossible. I found it best to remove the item you are cooking and leave the door open and just let the timer finish out on its on with the product off. ( Product does not heat when door is open, so leaving the door open lets the timer run down and leave the product off so your not heating up nothing)
