I have diabetes and consequent diabetic neuropathy which combined with 15 spine surgeries means that I often have a bit of discomfort in my legs and feet. I needed something better than flat pillows for my feet and this item has worked better than anything I have tried over the past 15 years. The non-slip bottom feature could be a bit more effective and the overall width means that you don't have a lot of room to maneuver to find that comfort zone which is different for everyone. Regardless, the product does work and it does help quite a bit which allows me to spend more time working on code or even watching a movie in relative comfort.
