I have an 8 year old Great dane...132 lbs, that is afraid of storms, even if it's just rain. She can detect a storm 34 hours before and will PACE, shake and hipervent for hours. I have tried everything from sleeping pills to the thunder jacket...norhing works. If I give her benydrl. she calms down, but I hate to see her so loopy. So I tried this. She was calm all night...I was the one getting up to check her every few hours. she wasn't loopy, just happy and calm. There is another storm coming tonight..so I gave her another dose. I will update my rating again after I've tried it a few times.But for now all I can say is THANK YOU
