This wall outlet is nearly perfect. Everything about it is phenomenal with one exception. Each of the two USB-C ports delivers 30W of power as advertised. However, it delivers the full 30W of power ONLY IF you have one of the two ports plugged in. In other words, it reduces the USB-C changing speeds to 15W of power per port if you have both ports plugged in, even when one of the two ports is actually "idle" and not connected to any devices at the other end. Leviton should have implemented some kind of detection mechanism where it is capable of recognizing if the second port is is actually under load instead of simply detecting whether or not a cable is plugged into the port. That way the user can leave both USB-C port plugged in with cables at all time and still be able to receive full 30W of power when only one of the two attached cables are in use for charging. Other than the above, everything about this outlet is so perfect. I had to remove one star as I am only getting 15W of USB-C charging as I prefer to leave both USB-C cables plugged into the wall at all times for convenience. Leviton's installation instructions are severely lacking and expects its users to be very familiar with electrical work. If you are confused about what to do with 2 sets of hot and neutral, while only having a two terminals to work with. I suggest you search for a YouTube video titled "How To Install A USB Electrical Outlet" by "enduringcharm."
