I have been using these rollers since I was about 23 years old and I'm 41 now. I have bought about a half dozen sets through the years. I have fine, thin to medium blonde hair that easily falls flat with a curling iron or hot rollers. These are my holy grail. Strangers approach me to ask about my hair. I don't know why people are saying they don't work for fine Caucasian hair because that's what I have. I don't know why they have to blow dry to set- they must be leaving them in the steam way too long so they actually get wet instead of just super hot and slightly damp. I shower before bed because I like to climb into bed clean, the next morning my hair is 90% dry. I plug these in, heats up in no more than a minute. Use 5-6 of the extra large rollers for my whole head- my hair is to my armpits. It takes about 5 minutes to set. Then I put my fave on- about 15 minutes because I'm high maintenance, pop out the rollers, don't touch my hair yet. Lightly spray with a flex hold setting spray, put my rollers and makeup, etc. away which gives them about 2-3 minutes to cool off before I touch them. Then lightly finger comb through my hair, spray with hairspray again and I look like a Bravo TV Housewife. The easiest hair routine ever- and the curls last in my hair as long as I use some hairspray- which, of course you need to do on fine hair anyway! I have told so many people in the street about these for the last 15 years Caruso should pay me. I can't rave enough. Seriously.
