I've only had this ice pack for one day and have already used it twice. I purchased to help my swollen, painful knee after running - so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet. But I can't get over how ICY COLD this thing gets - it's unbelievable really. It develops a frost on the actual ice pack! It's large, so I folded it in half and used the removable strap to keep it in place on my knee. This thing is amazing already, couldn't be happier with this purchase.
