I am a guy with curly hair, approximately 5 inches in length. I have been using this cream for 7 months now and it is amazing. I love the smell, it's not overpowering and doesn't linger. This is the only product I put in my hair. I work it into my wet hair and make sure to hold it at the ends to help with absorption. Then I comb my hair the way I want and let it air dry. My hair is very frizzy, but with this cream, it manages the frizz perfectly and makes my curls look and feel healthy. After my hair has dried, it is a little hard, all you have to do is lightly massage your scalp and scrunch your hair. I don't recommend combing through your hair with your finger or brush. Gently use your fingertips, massage your scalp and it breaks up that hard feeling and leaves your hair very soft, healthy and fresh. Full disclosure, I know very little about hair care and such, but I have tried several other products for my hair as I am trying to take better care of it.
