I got this after shoulder surgery because I was over sleeping in a recliner by the 3rd week! It allowed me to prop myself up and provided elevation for my arm because it was excruciating if I was laying flat. I started with the high incline, then moved on to the long incline (I thought that this was the low one). It’s comfy and beats sleeping in a recliner. I like that the case is removable so that it can be washed.
