I bought this back in April 2017 and still have the same bottle. It took me a while to figure out how I liked Rosemary oil and also how to use it in a way that works best for me. Firstly, this is an essential oil and is very potent so you want to use it with a carrier oil like Coconut oil or Jojoba oil. I originally purchased this because of a study I read about Rosemary oil being as effective as minoxidil for treating hair loss. So far I don't think I've necessarily regrown any hair but I also appear to have stopped receding (but this could also be due to a number of other things I've been doing). I originally started by using 2 drops with my shampoo every time I showered. It worked well in that respect but I soon discovered a more efficient and effective way of using Rosemary oil... combining it with Jojoba Oil. I loved using Jojoba oil on my ends after shampooing since shampooing tends to dry my hair out. Jojoba oil worked phenomenally for adding shine to my hair but had a major downside of a slightly unpleasant smell. Not the worst smell and it's definitely bearable, it just doesn't smell GOOD. Then I started adding a few drops of rosemary oil to the Jojoba oil before rubbing it in my hair and suddenly, the smell it leaves is sooooo much better! And my scalp feels way healthier having rosemary oil on it on a regular basis. Love this stuff!
