I must admit that I love this thing! I have slept with fans running for at least 35 years. I don't have complaints about it, thinking this is normal and drowns out sounds during my sleep. What I didn't like was the power/electricity I was burning AND that fans make your entire room dusty. Well this SNOOZ was the perfect solution. It uses nearly no power compared to a fan. It makes nearly the same identical noise - actually it's louder which in a plus in my book. Now my room doesn't have dust issues, which btw probably was messing with my allergies. If you want to hear any criticism, the only thing I could knock is that it's hard to "dial" a different "tone" by swiveling the base. BUT it's really not a big deal because once you have it "tuned in", you're not gonna want to change it anyway. The APP for your phone is amusing but not necessary and I don't use it. The timer is fine but again I don't use it. I just turn it on and stop it at will. I'm happy that it does NOT use batteries. I would have preferred a slightly longer cord however. It looks awesome, futuristic, trendy. All in all, I will never go back to a regular fan again - after all, this one can easily be tossed into your suitcase for travel. My fan cannot. HIGHLY recommended!
