Just returned from a 2 week trip to Europe and these were perfect. I am a lifelong traveler who had been very pleased with my "roll the clothes" method of packing. However, this purchase has made my trip much better. Why? The only problem with having all clothes neatly rolled in one suitcase is digging down to find what is on the bottom - clothes on the top invariably get "re-arranged". I end up repacking and re-arranging. (I travel with only one carry-on size piece of luggage.) These allow me to separate my clothes - pants; tops; electronics; etc. into different "cubes" - which are really more like lightweight "bags" of different sizes. Can't say that I can pack more than with my previous method, but these allow me to remove only the bag or bags I need. One of the best features is the handle on top. I recently stayed in a cottage in the Cotswold area of the UK - with a narrow spiral staircase that I did not want to use to haul up my luggage. I took the "cube" with my makeup, etc. and filled an empty one I carried with the next day's clothes and just carried that upstairs - that's when I knew I had made the right purchase. I am sure there are other brands that may be as good - just sharing my experience with these. Very lightweight, the mesh inserts allow for great compression, and the handles...well, already covered that! Posting this just before ordering another set. The set comes with a larger bag that almost covers the bottom of my carry-on, two medium that fit nicely on top of the larger, and 2 small - one of which fits neatly at the end of the large on bottom, leaving the other to wedge in between the two medium. I still had room on top for extras that I purchased - and I did not have to expand the suitcase. A game-changer!
