Excellent bold flavor. Compares very favorably to Starbucks French Roast. Starbucks French has always been my favorite. But this one is excellent. Starbucks, may be a tad more 'smokey' and Solimo may be a bit more bitter. But they still are very close in flavor. Tomorrow, depending on how my taste buds are working, I may find no difference at all. I guess if you like a nice dark roast, I don't think you can go wrong trying this coffee, especially at this price. PS. I used a Keurig K-Select brewer, and the cup size was the 3rd largest, just before the mug size. So how many ounces of water you use will, of course, affect the flavor. I will definitely order again.
