I bought this item to charge my Samsung Note 20. I put it on the charger and it started charging right away, however, a few seconds later it stops and says "Wireless charging paused". A few seconds later it would start charging again, only to repeat that over and over again. I thought it was my case so I took it off my phone, but sure enough it still did the same thing. I also tried other phones thinking maybe it just wasn't compatible but nope, they had the same problem (case or no). Revision:: After posting this review, I've since been contacted by the customer service dept. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a new charger, I accepted. Unfortunately, the second charger did the same thing, so I told them, but explained that I had already been refunded my money and bought a new charger that works and As I appreciated the effort I was all set. Well once again they reached out and asked me PLEASE may they send me another charger, their technicians found a problem with the older models and had rescinded the majority of them, but unfortunately some of them had already been sent and could they please send me the corrected and current model. I told them if they wanted they could. I received another one in just a days time and it works perfectly. So thank you for going above & beyond to make your customer happy!! You really are great! I will be back!
