Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this item because unlike the other offerings of variety packs, it appeared that this merchant cared. Reading reviews from different vendors mentioned that they didn't get a real variety that the merchant was unwilling to assist in correcting any issues. When I looked at the reviews for this product I see that the merchant is very willing to make things right and appear to stand behind their product. This was refreshing and influenced my purchase even with some negative reviews. This turned out to be a fine purchase. I have no complaints on any of the flavors; only in one cup did I notice any grounds in the cup, in this case 3 grounds. My favorites of the variety pack which included a break down below is the Maple Sleigh. I would purchase coffee from this company again in the future.
