I bought this as a backup to an already purchased bottle. I've been using this for about 3 weeks and am pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I have swelling due to a condition and this helps drain the fluid. I no longer have swollen feet or knees. The taste is interesting, not the best but definitely not the worst. You get used to it the more you take.
