I think overall this is a great touch less dispenser. I gave 4 star for ease of use just because the soap squirts out 3-4 time while I’m cleaning the unit 😵‍💫. It’s chrome so you do need to wipe it down once a week while soap is inside. I push the lower the amount of soap button down several times and I’ve even held it down while wiping it down. But I still get a paper towel full of soap and a sort of shiny unit at the end of cleaning. Update. You just hold the - sign down until the red light on top flashes. They you can clean the until with a couple sprays of Mrs Meyers - to turn on hold the + sign until it’s blinks green. Sorry should of read manual. I kept it because I’m forgetful
