I received my Cook N Home cookware today..I used it tonight to cook minute steak..I put pan on a med. temp. It fried good.. didn't burn and left the flour coating on..I love the vent hole on lids.. the pans are not light weight .. they are heavy metal.. The will look good hanging on new hanging pot holder I purchased from Amazon also..I am handicap and my other cookware was to light.. I was afraid the pans would fall in my lap.. I am in a power chair.. And I received my cookware in 2 days..
