My initial impression to this 10th generation fire was not good. After my first evaluation an Amazon tech called, took over control of my Fire. It turns out Amazon's attempt to sell me something had overplayed an important on screen button. The Amazon tech was able to bypass the promotion screen and all is better. I was initially unable to use the touch screen.
