Great little machine!
I'm very happy with this purchase. I have chronic back pain after a car accident and was given a TENS unit by my doctor to help with the pain. I've moved twice since then and at some point it was lost. I asked my doctor about getting another one but my health insurance doesn't cover it and it's $1,200 to buy on my own.
So I went to Amazon. I wasn't expecting much for something that costs a fraction of the cost of the other device I had but I was pleasantly surprised. When you first turn it on you'll notice 6 modes, one that shows hands, one that, terrifyingly, shows a needle, one that shows a stomach, one that shows a head, one with feet, and one with ears. The instructions aren't terribly detailed so I just stuck the pads on my back and played around til I found a setting that I liked. It happens to be the feet around 50% intensity.
When you first turn it on you'll notice a 1 in a circle, press the center button to select from different options within that massage mode. Press the M button to choose a different mode, press T to increase the time, and the + and - buttons change the intensity. Press and hold the center button to lock the screen as it is so you don't accidentally press a button.
The charge appears to last an incredibly long time, I used it for about 4 hours yesterday and it still hasn't come off of full. It is a rechargeable battery, a plus over my $1,200 unit that ran off of a 9v battery (who uses those anymore?).
The unit comes with 4 sets of pads in 3 different sizes, an option that I absolutely love.
So far I've recommended this to 3 coworker after they inquired about the cords coming from my back and they all sound interested, a non medicated way to help with pain is always helpful, especially with the current opioid crisis in the US.
The box includes a charging cable and block (USB), two sets of electrode cords with 2 attachments, one electrode cord with 4 attachments, 2 small electrodes, 4 medium electrodes, and 2 large electrodes, as well as an electrode placement guide and a plastic piece to store the electrodes on (though I've just been putting them back on the plastic backing they come on).
