All I was looking for was a simple landline phone that requires no electricity in case of power outage...This piece of JUNK wouldn't even give me a dial tone. Dead On Arrival...boxed it back up, looking for a different brand........ UPDATE: I JUST FOUND OUT 3 OF MY TELEPHONE PORTS WERE BAD..THEREFORE NO FAULT OF THIS PHONE..I'M SOOO SORRY!! I WILL HAVE TO UPDATE THIS TO 5 STARS FOR MY NEGLIGENCE ;-( ..I never want to give FALSE information...
