I bought this after purchasing a cheap knockoff from China. This is the real deal. You even get 2 in the package. There are instructions, a questions site and they stand behind their product. I used this on a pinky trigger finger and it worked well, even though it is not intended for the little finger. It still worked well. As a side note, I am really getting tired of Amazon not requiring the country of origin in all their descriptions. If I see China as country of origin, then I lower my expectations and look for alternatives. I hope every Amazon customer will return any product for China that is not declared. I will begin doing that.
