Works great
It works, but be careful. I don't recommend following the instructions. Instead put a tiny amount in the planting hole and then put your cutting in. The moisten and dip method was too much and many of my cuttings rotted. Sprinkling some in the planting hole has yielded near perfect results. I use a mix of potting soil and vermiculite to root cuttings and put them under T5 lamps indoors or outside with sun when temps are between 70 and 75.
