I've tried about four different brands of unrefined coconut oil. Carrington Farms is my favorite! It's like coconut flavor and creamy texture will win you over not to mention the value. I use coconut oil to aid in weight loss, make homemade toothpaste and Deoderant- btw the anti microbial properties of coconut oil make it an outstanding ingredient in homemade all natural Deoderant!!! I use it to moisturizer my face, and keep my tattoos looking new! My favorite way to ingest coconut oil is a tablespoon blended( stick blender) into a cup of coffee in the morning- rich creamy coffee with a hint of coconut-soooo good!
