I am a RN working on the Maternity unit which is so busy at times that am always on my feet sometimes actually running to get to patient, hence I need something comfortable that won't squeeze or ache my feet during my 8 or 12 hours shift. These shoes are perfect. I wear size 10, however I ordered a 9.5 after I read the reviews, it came as a size 41, but fits my feet. Several of my coworkers noticed them and are asking where I got them and am happy to share that information. Love them.
