I'm not really a fan of microfiber but I needed a different color for my husband's pillowcases and didn't want to spend a lot. I also wanted them to zip closed so the pillows don't come out or get dirty between case washing. The best part of these cases is that the zip is not on the end like my different brand. They are just off the end and hidden under a fabric flap. This makes them comfortable to sleep on. I'm continuously readjusting my different brand pillows to get my face, neck or shoulder off the zipper pull on my pillows. Totally annoying.
