I bought the Snoozer Roll Around 4-in-1 Pet Carrier, Red/Black, Medium for my 16 lb toy poodle with its primary use for airplane travel between CT and FL. Having read the myriad of conflicting reviews online, it was still unclear to me if the medium would fit under the seat on a Southwest flight. I almost returned it because there were more reviews that it didnt fit, than it did. I want to put the record straight and let others know definitively, YES, the medium fits under the seat with plenty of room to spare (remove the foot plate before stowing under the seat). And I have to say my dog seemed to LOVE it. He is a good traveler, but I sensed he was happier in the Snoozer than the Sherpa he used to travel in -- better visibility to know I was still there, and while waiting he could lie in the bag with the flap open. And I am ecstatic that I could roll him around the airport. Other reviewers also seemed to think their dog was too big for the medium, and I found it to be fine for my tall toy poodle. He could easily change his position when it was laid down or in an upright position. So those of you with dogs that weigh less than mine that complained it was too small, you might reconsider. I wanted to post this to let others know that the medium definitely does work for Southwest. (I sat in a middle seat but it looked like it would fit fine under the window or aisle seats too). So compare other airlines under seat dimensions to SW to see how they compare. Great product!
