I smoked for 7 years and I drink coffee and used to drink a lot of red wine. I have used crest white strips for something close to a decade. For a while I will use them once a week and then for one reason or another I'll fall off my self care and forget to do them or run out and not be able to afford more. However I ALWAYS end up coming back to these. I have had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist and that was extremely expensive and the sensitivity I experience afterward was not even worth it. My teeth were definitely very white but as I just said the pain and sensitivity made it not worth it. I use these once a week every week and I absolutely see a difference in the shade of my enamel and I have zero sensitivity.
