So if your looking at purchasing these mouth guards its probably, becasue you grind your teeth. So here are some things that are pretty important at least in my opinion. So first off if your an adult the tiny ones may (probably won't) fit. But in the case that you do have a really tiny mouth they may be perfect. The other reason I believe they included the tiny ones is, because their not as thick. So onto the bigger mouth guards. They are thick. Period. But, hear me out, it's a good thing. Because overall they feel like they stop grinding, feel firm (meaning they don't move) and cover more of your teeth. Conclusion: They are exellent, seriously. If you grind your teeth at night like I do; you defeinitly shouldn't wait any longer. Because the more you wait the smaller your teeth get. They are super easy to mold onto you teeth (read the instructions takes like 5min), and fit amazing you won't regret it, and it'll make that perfect smile last a bit longer. P.s they may get foggy, sorry it's the only word I know to describe it. But it does get foggy so if that happens to your mouthguard just run it through hot water and it should go away.
