Product got very hot and smelled like burning electrical. Stopped using it immmediately. AMAZON was excellent in expediting a refund. I do not recommend. After my purchase I was immediately contacted by the companyTranesca who went overboard to resolve my problem. They instituted a new review process to assure a rare defective charger would never be sent to a customer again. They paid to have me send the charger back to the factory and kept me informed of the process at all times. They were courteous and efficient and replaced my charger with a new one I like very much along with several of their other products for my troubles. They even credited me the 3$ it cost to send the defective part. They have been in contact after I received the new produvpcts to assure I received the reimbursement and was satisfied with the part. The new charger was perfect, has ports for both my iPhone 6 and my iPad Air. And the blades fold for travel. Great product and they did not ask me to change my review. They were too absorbed in finding out the cause of the problem, fixing it and prevent it from ever happening again. Now, I ask our, whet more do you want from a company? I highly recommend this Company and their products. Remember the rhetoric "we try harder", well, they actually do.
